Help us serve you better! We are looking to you to help us improve on the services that we provide. Whether you are seeking information about how ITA can help you defend your business against unfair foreign trade practices, track the supply chain of steel or aluminum imports, or research a potential new market for your product, we want to hear about your experience working with us. The FTZ Board Staff will conduct in-person training for grantees on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 from 1:00-4:00 pm in New Orleans, Louisiana. The training will cover a range of topics related to the grantee role – including grantee responsibilities and best practices, public utility/uniform treatment, plus the procedures for submitting different types of requests to the FTZ Board. We will also allow time to answer any questions from grantees.
This event will be held in the hotel that is hosting an FTZ industry event September 9-11. This grantee training event has been scheduled to minimize timing conflicts with the industry event.
The training is free of charge but is limited to members of grantee organizations. To register, please email FTZ@trade.gov and include your name, zone number and organization.
